Become an Exhibitor

The Automotive Suppliers Central European Exhibition ASCEE 2009 will be held from 30th June to 2nd July 2009 for the first time in the Central European region. It offers, at the end of successful decade for CE countries, a unique opportunity for national, international and global automotive companies to present their Modules, Systems, Components as well as Products and Services at a top level European forum.

The amount and types of booths are limited and exhibitors order concrete and only available booths, the booth size and placement are given.

How to register

  1. Download the Exhibition Booking Form(PDF) or in MS Word.
  2. Send the filled in Booking Form per e-mail or fax to the congress sectretariat:

 3.  After receiving the Registration Letter, pay the charged fee by bank transfer. State the exhibiting company's name in the “purpose of payment”. Within 15 days since receiving the payment the organizer will send you a tax proof. When applying as early bird the registration date is the day of receiving the booking form.
